My wife and I were in MGM (it will always be that. Fight me!) and needed some food, so we decided to go down Sunset Boulevard. I went to Fairfax Fare and got their Korean BBQ Pork Belly Bowl and the Enchanted Rose and was not disappointed! The bowl was sweet, spicy, and savory all at the same time. Delicious! The Enchanted Rose was sweet and tasty as well! When we are in Disney again, we will be back!

New menu! Try cute waffle bowls! It was small portion which was perfect for me. I tried barbecued beef brisket bowl and it was creamy mashed potatoes with juicy beef brisket. I enjoyed eating a cute waffle bowl at the end. Love it!

Opted for the Korean barbecue pork belly bowl, served on a bed of mashed potatoes. Digging into the pork belly was pure joy—tender, savory, with a hint of sweetness, though a tad salty. The crispy waffle bowl on the outside added a nice crunch.

Visited twice during my trip. Once to try the Beauty and the Beast cherry cake which intrigued me. The cake was like a piece of art! And it was not only beautiful but also very good. The second time I visit was during the evening to try their famous bowls. I had the vegetarian one with vegetables. I noticed after that you can add vegan chicken but it wasn't very clear so I noticed after. It was very good! It was funny to eat the bowl after eating the noodles as it is made of wafer.

We went here for lunch because it had some unique menu offerings. I got the buffalo chicken bowl, which were chicken nuggets in buffalo sauce which had coleslaw on top, and then they were sitting on a bed of mashed potatoes in a waffle bowl. I thought that this item was very interesting because of the waffle bowl. The chicken in the buffalo was good- they definitely had a little kick to them. The coleslaw was sweet and tasted good. The mashed potatoes were okay, they tasted like boxed potatoes. The waffle cone was an interesting touch... I think that its sogginess after sitting in some of the sauces contributed to me feeling weird about eating it. It felt like the flavors kind of clashed. I think that this would be fine as a bowl without the waffle cone. The service was good, the people who were working were very nice. I do not think I would get this item or similar items again, but I think it was cool to do it for the experience.

Food quality and flavor was definitely above standard for theme park standard, interesting concept that the bowls can be eaten and therefore its environmentally friendly as well, Portion size is on the small size what what you paid. Have to share seating with many other quick serve restaurant nearby and might be difficult to find seating.

Really love the new Bowls on the menu. They are both delicious and filling. We had the Barbecue Beef Brisket bowl and the Buffalo Chicken bowl. The brisket was tender with a tasty sweet bbq sauce nicely balanced with spicy roasted jalapeno on top. Underneath was a creamy queso and yummy mashed potatoes, all served in a waffle bowl. The savory, spicy and sweet made for a truly amazing layering of flavors. I never had mashed potatoes in a waffle cone/bowl before but it totally works. The Buffalo chicken was very similar except with a zesty coleslaw topping instead. Definitely a great meal and something we’ll have again. Enjoy

Initially, I was uncertain about the food in a waffle bowl, but boy does it just work. I enjoyed the BBQ brisket and couldn't recommend it more. Absolutely delicious and probably one of the more memorable eating experiences I had on this visit.
